Privacy policy.
This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website, for what purposes and on which legal basis, and what your rights are. It complies with the Swiss revised Federal Act on Data Protection (revFADP, in force since 1 September 2023) and, for data subjects located in the European Union, with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. Data we collect
2.1 Pre-registration form
When you complete the pre-registration questionnaire, we collect:
- Identity and contact details: title, first name, last name, email, phone, nationality, residence permit.
- Professional situation: profession, employment status, employer, annual gross household income.
- Financial situation: 2nd pillar (LPP) assets, 3rd pillar assets, available equity, other assets.
- Housing project: desired property type, planned budget, project horizon, project type, mortgage financing envisaged, free-form message.
- Second buyer (if applicable): the same categories of data for your co-buyer, if you declare that you are buying together.
2.2 Browsing data
Our hosting platform collects minimal technical data required for the website to function (anonymised IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps). No advertising or third-party tracking cookies are set.
3. Purposes and legal bases
- Reviewing your pre-registration and following up: performance of pre-contractual measures at your request (GDPR art. 6(1)(b)) and consent (GDPR art. 6(1)(a) / revFADP art. 6(6)), given by ticking the box before submission.
- Preparing a financing follow-up tailored to your situation: performance of pre-contractual measures and legitimate interest in providing relevant advice (GDPR art. 6(1)(f)).
- Security and operation of the site: legitimate interest in maintaining availability and integrity.
4. Recipients and processors
Your data is not sold or rented. It may be shared with the following categories of recipients, strictly as needed:
- Authorised internal staff in charge of the pre-registration follow-up.
- Our technical processors: Netlify, Inc. (hosting and secure storage) and, where applicable, a CRM / email service provider located in the European Union.
- Competent authorities when legally required.
5. International transfers
Our hosting infrastructure may involve data transfers to countries recognised by the Swiss Federal Council as providing an adequate level of protection, or to third countries with appropriate safeguards in place (EU Standard Contractual Clauses and supplementary technical and organisational measures).
6. Retention
Pre-registration data is retained for as long as necessary, then:
- If a contract is signed as a result of the pre-registration: for the statutory retention period applicable to contractual documents (ten years from the end of the contract, art. 127 Swiss Code of Obligations).
- Otherwise: at most thirty-six months after the last contact, unless you request earlier deletion.
7. Security
We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss, alteration and disclosure: encrypted communications (HTTPS), restricted and authenticated access to the admin area, storage on the Netlify infrastructure with logging, and regular backups.
8. Your rights
Under the revFADP and the GDPR, you may at any time exercise the following rights over your data:
- Right of access.
- Right to rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Right to erasure ("right to be forgotten").
- Right to restriction of or objection to processing.
- Right to data portability for data you provided.
- Right to withdraw consent at any time, without retroactive effect.
To exercise these rights, simply send an email to info@les-vuillonnex.ch. We will respond as soon as possible, and no later than one month after your request.
9. Supervisory authority
If you consider that the processing of your data does not comply with the applicable law, you may lodge a complaint:
- In Switzerland: with the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC), Feldeggweg 1, 3003 Bern (edoeb.admin.ch).
- In the European Union: with the data protection authority of your country of residence.
10. Cookies
This site only uses cookies strictly necessary for its operation (for example to maintain your session in the admin area). No advertising, non-essential analytics or third-party cookies are set without your consent.

This policy may be updated to reflect legal or functional changes. Any material change will be announced on this page, with the update date below.
