Accessibility statement.
We want les-vuillonnex.ch to be usable by as many people as possible. This statement describes our commitment, the standard we follow, the current level of conformance, and how to report a problem.
1. Commitment
We are committed to making this website accessible to people with disabilities, in line with the spirit of the Swiss Federal Act on the Elimination of Discrimination against People with Disabilities (DDA) and applicable federal directives.
2. Technical standard
The site is designed to aim for conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 level AA, an internationally recognised reference for web accessibility.
3. Current level of conformance
The accessibility audit is in progress. At this stage the site is considered partially compliant with the WCAG 2.1 AA criteria. Known points of attention include:
- Some placeholder visuals (gradient hero illustrations, photo blocks) do not yet have a full text equivalent. They will be replaced by real photographs with descriptive alternatives.
- Interactive components (pre-registration form, language switcher, FAQ accordions) are keyboard-operable, but a detailed audit of the tab order is under way.
- Primary text contrasts meet the WCAG AA ratio. We are fine-tuning secondary contrasts (menu labels, legal footer) based on feedback.
4. Alternative access
If you encounter an obstacle on the site, or if you prefer another way to reach us, please contact us directly by email at info@les-vuillonnex.ch. We commit to reply as soon as possible and, if needed, to send the requested information in an accessible format.
5. Report a problem
To report an accessibility issue (page unavailable, unreadable content, unusable form, etc.), please write to the address above. Please include:
- the URL of the page concerned;
- the nature of the issue you experienced;
- if possible, the browser and device you are using.
6. Escalation
If you cannot access an online service and consider our response unsatisfactory, you may contact the Swiss Federal Bureau for the Equality of People with Disabilities (FBED), Inselgasse 1, 3003 Bern (ebgb.admin.ch).
