Ten minutes from central Geneva, Vuillonex offers 220 homes, neighbourhood shops and shared outdoor spaces — to live and gather, in harmony with the landscape.
Vuillonex is a new-district project led by the town of Confignon, shaped in consultation with the current residents of the village.
It plans 220 homes, from 2.5 to 6.5 rooms, in moderate-height buildings at the edge of the existing village and the protected vineyard, with a landscaped public park accessible from both the new district and the village.
At ground level, priority is given to the outdoors: shared gardens, a cordoned vine and a small local square, with parking placed underground. The project targets Minergie-A+ ECO certification and a geothermal connection free of fossil fuels.
220 homes for rent and purchase, from 2.5 to 6.5 rooms. Social and generational mix, from subsidised to free-market.
